Not Everton That..

Early days but this Everton feels different. The two earlier games did not have our trademark sense of hanging on when leading and our midfield has been unusually classy and dominant for the most part. It’s an especially un-Everton like result today with this usual script ending in defeat: - Negativity and noise before the match following a good start to the season - Their keeper pulling of save of the season and a few other good saves - Sitters missed - Them taking the lead - Nailed-on pen not given - Fluffed chances A welcome happy ending with our seasonal scapegoat of the year blasting in a late equaliser and some very determined defending. No sight of the usual rabbit in headlights mentality after they scored. Early days but feels very different. So, good timing to revert to type. Armstrong and Ndiaye gone this week then 😂 UTFT 💙
