As we near the ko on saturday we are now able to reflect on recent interviews given by Moyes and Kinnear. I am happier with Kinnear's input and I am prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. Good to note TFG have set decent targets for this season and confirmation that a RB of significance will land before the window closes. Moyes remains solemn and he does not inspire confidence. Is he 'protecting' HH by saying he isn't ready for the PL or is he saying 'don't be surprised if he isn't in the starting line up on saturday' Is he trying to tell TFG that they haven't given him any guns for the fight and only provided butter knives? I may be over thinking it 🤔 I just think with 2 days to go before the season starts that we have a right to be optimistic and Moyes has taken that away. Hopefully tomorrow's pre match with the press will see him answering some difficult questions rather than patsies
