Villa 1999....

The last time a Premier League club fielded 11 English players.... we finished with 9 on the pitch on Sunday, so conceivably it might happen this season. 

Currently,  it would mean no Röhl, Mykolenko or Barry. The first two could be replaced by Garner and AMN... replacing Barry would be the fun bit.

On the whole I'd probably prefer us not being in that situation.
