TPF David Moyes Poll v8.0 Results

After 134 votes were cast, David Moyes scored a satisfaction rating of 4.92. This constitutes by far the weakest support level of his second tenure, below the 6.38 he started with (v1.0 Jan 2025). The Poll to Poll slump of -2.75 is the second worst since our polls began with only Benitez seeing a bigger drop in support (-2.83) just weeks before he was sacked. Silva had a -2.67 and Koeman a -2.62, with the latter also sacked soon after. Moyes' score does have a couple of caveats however. Firstly, as pointed out during the poll post, we effectively skipped a poll meaning this drop in support is over a far longer timeframe than the others we are comparing to. Secondly a rating of 4.92 is generally still supportive on the whole and most sackings came with support levels around half that. In short, a couple of early wins should be enough to steady the ship for Moyes with the fanbase, but obviously a the reverse is also true and the tide could turn against him if the team start losing games immediately.
