Everton agree £40m Balogun fee...

Everton have agreed a £40m fee with Monaco for USA striker Folarin Balogun. 
The Arsenal academy graduate will come in as a replacement for Beto, who is set to join Fiorentina. 
Beto is moving to the Serie A club for a £15.4m.
