Ballot tickets - has anyone ever been put somewhere different ?

As I cant make every game I do the ballot, and just been informed Ive been succesful for the Ipswich game.

The only issue, I go with my daughter and first choice is family stand. Second choice we put East Stand Lower. 

Ive just had an email to say tickets are for block 246 which is the upper North West stand, but from what I know not part of the Family Stand  

Its not a big issue, but are they this season putting you into any space they have if your first 2 choices arent available ?
