So much makes sense now

Moyes not putting himself in front of the microphone until the CEO spoke. 5. Generally not having any real concrete links in the past week. Now it's obviously an SCR hole. I know why they didnt say anything but man it would have made the narrative very different. They were obviously banking on selling Tim and an(other) - either Beto or Alcaraz and it hasn't happened. I'd even wager that McNeill going was only because Palace were desperate to get Johnson off the books. Looking around the league, for all the money being spent, it is being spent by teams who have sold lots of talent. Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City, Aston Villa have all been sharing players for massive amounts of money. We expected one big sale in the past two summers (Branthwaite or N'Diaye) and neither has materialised. We need to get used to selling academy products - as the rest of the league has. Our problem is we haven't been producing any of them. Like others, I'd rather have sold Garner, N'Diaye or an other but offers didnt come in. It hurts because it doesn't feel right. He's going to be some player.
